BDO Stoy Hayward use the Pink Inc Mail system for recruitment purposes.
* A website registration form captures the users personal details as well as allowing them to check boxes to indicate which division within the company they are interested in working for.
* Autoresponders and 2 HTML templates were designed, built and added to the system to advertise appointments.
* When an appointment arises BDO access the system, select the appropriate template, enter the job details, filter the database of users and send or schedule for a specific date.
* Once sent a report on each emailer can then be viewed.
